1. Information We Collect
When you create an AutoBodyTree account, we collect your name, email address, dealership information, and business details. We also collect vehicle inventory data, photos, and listing information that you upload to the platform. Usage data - including pages visited, features used, and time on site - is collected via Matomo Analytics (self-hosted, no third-party sharing).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the AutoBodyTree service. This includes powering your dealer website, generating vehicle listings, processing service estimates, and providing analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Facebook credentials (when provided for Marketplace posting) are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, database access controls, and regular security updates.
4. Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings. Dealer accounts include a self-service offboarding process that permanently removes all data, including inventory, photos, customer information, and DNS records.
