Auto Body Tree - AI-Powered Dealership Website Manager

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AutoBodyTree ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AutoBodyTree is operated by RentalRM, LLC.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date. AutoBodyTree is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to upload fraudulent vehicle listings, to violate third-party platform terms (including Facebook Marketplace and eBay policies), or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic windows.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoBodyTree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost sales, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Company Information

AutoBodyTree is a product of RentalRM, LLC. All services, billing, and communications are provided by RentalRM, LLC. By using the Service, you enter into an agreement with RentalRM, LLC as the operating entity.
